Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation by email.

We do not store credit card details.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

At The Blue Cottage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.

Workshop Bookings

Workshop places are limited and bookings are required in advance.

Payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Workshop details including dates and times will be provided at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops if necessary. If this occurs, participants will be offered a refund or alternative date.

Workshop Participation

By attending a workshop, you acknowledge that:

- Workshops involve the use of tools and materials

- Reasonable care must be taken during participation

- At The Blue Cottage is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of tools or failure to follow instructions

- Participants must follow safety instructions during workshops.

- For safety reasons, workshops are designed for participants aged 16 and over, and children under 16 are not permitted to participate or attend workshops.

- Unfortunately, the workshop space is not currently accessible for wheelchair users, however improvements are planned and accessibility will be provided in the future.
